We have completed the legal process of converting the Park into "land condominiums". In a land condominium, you own your actual RV Lot and share the ownership of the roads around your lot along with certain amenities, such as a Club House, Laundry, Swimming Pool, Shuffle Board Court and more.  All of the amenities will be managed through the condominium association.
